We hope you love your order! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, returning items is easy. Most items purchased from our online store are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the requirements outlined below.
Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) attached.
Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including any branded boxes and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized items, and any other items indicated as non-returnable on the product page.
Free gifts are also non-returnable.
Quality Check for Returns
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If an item meets the return requirements, a refund will be processed. If it does not, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at the original shipping address, with the return shipping cost deducted from any refund for other items in the same order. In some cases, we may offer a refund for rejected items instead of returning them.

Important Notes
Return Address: Do not send your return to the sender's address on the original package, as this may delay processing. Use the address provided on the Return Label we supply.
Return Package: Ensure no non-purchased items are included in your return, as we won’t be responsible for those.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes the quality check and is received by our warehouse. This typically takes 7 business days after receipt, with an additional 3-5 business days for processing due to potential delays. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Fees
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping fee, and you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, we can send you a replacement item while you return the defective one, or you may keep the item for a partial refund.
